Yoga is different things to different people, but ultimately it is a transformative, restorative practice that can change your life in powerful ways. I have personally experienced life-changing results from my practice and have taught others who have seen tremendous results in their physical and emotional health.

Yoga not only helps us become healthier, it also helps reveal what we are resisting. Life pushes us in so many directions and we have many people in our life that have specific, and sometimes conflicting, expectations of us. It is easy to lose sight of who we are and what our own goals and expectations are. Yoga helps ground us in the present moment, so that we can drown out the noise and become clear on who we are and what we want.

Life is hectic and we are often more focused on others than we are ourselves. We rarely take the time to disconnect, tune in to our own bodies, and listen. Yoga teaches us to how to quiet our minds and hear just what our bodies need. It gives us time to just be.
